Curriculum is timed out, and includes Objectives, Materials, Methods and Facilitation, Analysis, Student Accommodations
The workshops deal with various aspects of the book in greater detail and can be scaled up or down for children of many ages.

- Mental Actions / 75 minute workshop on how our thoughts become possibilities
- no No Nooooo / four class workshop giving students practice saying no through various drama games
- Saying No / five class workshop helping students to visualize saying no through the creation of a comic
