Between 2015 and 2016 I spent a year living and working in the Peruvian Andes. Over that year I created a series of paintings that would intimately look at daily life and spirituality of the persons of the Andes, and my own. In 2017 I had my first solo art exhibition which showcased this body of work. The show was named Willka which means sacred in the Quechuan language of the Andean peoples.

I have always wanted to design an exhibit, so for one of my projects that I created for my portfolio, I decided to design an exhibit for a show that I call 111 Women. As I imagine it and have designed it, this exhibit would display the great achievements of 111 influential women in the arts, sciences, maths, and movement. I think it is very important, considering how few women are shown and featured in galleries, that this show exist and travel and influence women and girls from all over the world to reach for lofty goals and dreams. It would be a vast exhibit that would ideally hold its inaugural opening at the Grand Palais in Paris, France.
